This was a fantastic hotel at a really great price! I really appreciated that a lot of the staff, including room service, could speak English. They also helped us set up a tour and reserve a cab. Or room was very large and well kept. The abundance of marble in the bathroom also made it feel luxurious. I didn't get to try them, but I was happy to see that there is a pool, spa, weight room, and restaurants available. It is a little far from down town, but it is still well worth a stay.
A nice hotel in the middle of Mexico City. Pretty much closer to few places like mall, supermarket etc. Airport is about 45-60 mins away depending on the traffic. Their sunday Brunch is amazing. Hell lot of food varieties. Rooms are big and clean. Breakfast is nice. Having a nice gym too. A busy hotel as of my experience. If you are fedup of hotel food options, you can try food delivery through uber. Food will receive in less than 30 mins. They don't add your extras to the final bill as other hotels do. You have to pay then and there. Please keep cash or your card with you if you plan to order from the hotel. Hotel doesn't accept USD. You need to take Pesos to settle the bills. Overall, a very nice and professional hotel.
Very nice hotel in CMDX. Good location for UNAM and COLMEX. If you want to visit other parts of the city, maybe not so central. But service, room, and restaurant ... worth the distance.
Nice rooms. Big and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was included in my room price so I went every day. Service was impeccable. Very attentive and friendly. Victor, my waiter, knew that I liked 2 orange juices and tea to start and got them immediately. The buffet is very affordable. $11 usd in a hotel and there’s some serious food put out. Rest of hotel staff very friendly and efficient.
I basically resided here at this hotel close to six years continuosly, while I was contracting to BANAMEX from the US. The hotel acomodated me satisfactorily, attentively, very clean and magnificent food.
Great hotel, my choice when visiting mexico city. Rooms are great and large, and price is good. Only complaint I have is there is a strange smell on the common areas near the lobby, it can get unpleasant.
Personnel is most helpful. It gets four stars simply because a five-star hotels are more luxurious. But this is quite a good hotel. Their buffet is great.
This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are comfortable, the attention is excellent, and the price is not that expensive. I was gladly surprised by the level of English spoken by the staff. The restaurant is very nice as well. They have agreements with some attractions in the city for kids, so that you can enjoy some discounts on those attractions.
